​2. This event is free, but we're asking participants to consider a donation to help our friends in two Ugandan Youth Brass Bands. These brass bands provide food, toiletries, primary education, and music education through brass bands to orphaned and homeless/home insecure kids.

A bit about Mbale Hills Youth Brass Band

I believe history will judge us with the difference we make in everyday lives of children. Let us reach out to children. Let us do whatever we can to support their fight to raise above their pain and suffering. Together we can break the cycle of poverty and feed children's futures and change the world by giving in the little we can. 
We are entirely dependent upon donations. Help and donate today and make a difference in the lives of children who need us most. We are currently running of food for the kids at the foundation and we are really in need of your support.

A bit about Brass for Children

​Your gift will provide BFC with the support we need to continue to give free music lessons for underprivileged children! Together, we can ensure that music remains fundamental in BFC kids. Brass for children is a music-based CBO established on the edges of Bwindi Forest in Kanungu, Western Uganda. Our mission is to help children and youths through love and joy of music in Butogota.
